The Best Entry-Level Luxury Watches to Start Collecting

It’s completely understandable to feel a little anxious about some of the price tags you’ll see if you’re just starting out on your watch collecting journey. Fine luxury replica watches are never cheap, and it’s true that there are many watches that sell for roughly the same price as a fairly nice house – however, not all luxury watches are worth their weight in gold. Almost every brand produces a range of models that range in value from the extremely expensive to the surprisingly cheap. Of course, the term “affordable” is open to interpretation. You won’t find anything below the four-figure mark, but it might be surprising to know how far you’ll venture into the field.
Another thing to remember is that these luxury watchmakers earned the reputation they enjoy today, most importantly, through an obsessive pursuit of quality. Just because a zero (or two) is removed from the end of the asking price of entry-level watches compared to their flagship counterparts does not mean that they are trivially put together or lack the same quality as their more premium counterparts. They will still be designed and built by the same people in the same facilities and using many of the same materials as the models but at a cost of thousands of dollars.
In many ways, the Oyster Perpetual is the quintessence of Rolex. The name is taken from two of the company’s groundbreaking innovations; the waterproof Oyster case and the self-winding perpetual movement, invented in 1926 and 1931 respectively. Between them, both before and since, they have done more than anything else to promote the watch as an essential accessory for men and women.
Technically speaking, everything replica Rolex produces today is an Oyster Perpetual, as the brand’s entire portfolio is water-resistant to at least 100 meters and powered by an automatic movement. The full name of the Submariner is actually the Oyster Perpetual Submariner, the Datejust is the Oyster Perpetual Datejust, and so on.
However, there has been only the Oyster Perpetual line since the 1930s, usually the plainest, most minimalist line of watches offered by the brand. To this day, it still has an outline of more than 30 models, divided into five different sizes, and they are the most affordable new fake Rolex models you can buy.
